Our company adheres to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and has the following policy regarding the handling of personal information in our business.

Our company will acquire and use personal information handled in the business of employment, recruitment, system development etc. appropriately, and will take measures to ensure that it does not handle the aforementioned personal information in unnecessary fashion (ie, for purposes other than those intended).

Please submit the completed form to the above address along with a copy of your government-issued ID (eg, driver's license, health insurance card, passport or any other official document) to prove that you are the person in question or their appointed representative. Appointed representatives must also submit a power of attorney.
  3. Upon receipt of the above form, our company will contact you for further verification of your identity.
  4. All personal information obtained via requests for disclosure etc. will only be used to the appropriate extent for fulfilling the request.
  5. Fees for Requests for Notification of Purpose of Use and Disclosure
    Please note that a handling fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per request.

Regular and detailed self-inspections and internal audits regarding the handling of personal information.

Implementation of anti-theft and anti-loss measures to safeguard the devices, electronic media, documents etc. that handle personal information.
Entry and exit management for the areas where personal information is handled, along with restrictions on which devices can be brought in.
The company will not handle personal information outside of Japan. If such a measure becomes necessary, we will implement appropriate measures for the protection of personal data in accordance with the relevant laws of the foreign country.
