Product description
Iwasei's goal is to deliver enjoyable Japanese seafood products to not only to Japanese customers, but also to overseas customers too.
Mackerel is a fish rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids and is used in various dishes in Japan, such as grilled fish and sushi. In particular, Shizuoka Prefecture is an area of Japan with an extremely large mackerel haul and Iwasei's factory is very close to the port, so they are processing freshly caught mackerel.
Mackerel Bouillon Ramen is a fusion of our specialty mackerel and ramen noodles, which are popular around the world, all combined to make a healthy and delicious unique ramen.
The product is a set of non-fried noodles with a chewy texture and rich, flavorful soup made with mackerel extract, developed using traditional Japanese fermentation technology.
As much as possible, without using any additives, Iwasei carefully brings out the natural umami flavors of the fish and contains the smell of the fish so that it can be acceptable by people overseas.
Please enjoy the flavors of "tradition" and "innovation".
