Project Description

We are assembling a focus group for Ajinomoto's product, Pure Select® Mayonnaise.

After sampling the product, you will be asked to answer a survey of up to 15 - 18 questions (required time: around 30-40 minutes), which will include your opinion of the taste and any ideas you may have for selling Pure Select® Mayonnaise in your area. As a thank you, all participants will receive a $10 Amazon gift card.

Please be aware that the submitted survey responses may be reproduced on the client website, on Japan Spark, on SNS and printed materials, etc.

Pure Select ® Mayonnaise 400g

Product introduction:
Made by fresh whole eggs produced in Japan ("Pure Select Eggs") that are picked within 3 days. Using a specialized vinegar "Pure Select Vinegar" that blends heated mild vinegar , white grape vinegar, brown rice vinegar, and wood barrel aged malt vinegar.The oil blends good quality canola oil, soybean oil and corn oil.
Occasion: Vegetable salad, sauce base, grilled menu, bread dishes, fried dishes, etc. 

Product characteristics:
It is a mayonnaise with a rich and mild taste that is specialized by the freshness and quality of eggs, vinegar, and oil.

Please use it in the same way as the one you usually use.

Ingredients Vegetable oils (soybean, corn and Japan-produced rapeseed), eggs, corn syrup, vinegars (brewed vinegar, grape vinegar, grain vinegar, rice vinegar), salt, spices, concentrated lemon juice, seasonings (amino acids)
